Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul and his wife, Lauren Parsekian Paul, recently placed their Spanish-style home on the market with a value of $2.2 million.
It is located at the West Hollywood, CA, kicking off briefly onto the market earlier this year for $2.5 million, the couple decided to put it on the market after purchasing the “posh pad” of TV Series hit “The Big Bang Theory” star Jim Parsons in Los Feliz, CA, amounting to $7 million.
After the couple moved out to their new home, the Spanish-style home space has been stylishly prepared and recently re-listed at a “slightly” lower asking price. Hopefully, the couple will close a deal soon.
“The house just oozes character,” says listing agent Trevor Edmond. “The whole house carries that historical Spanish vibe, right down to the landscaping.”
F. Ron Smith and David Berg along with Trevor Edmond are co-listing the couple’s property under Smith & Berg Partners team.
The Spanish-style home features reinforced brightly painted tiles outdoor and interior stairs including beamed ceilings, and arched doorways.

The “Breaking Bad” protagonist purchased the property in 2012 amounting to $1.4 million, since then it’s been slightly renovated. The multilevel space dates to 1931 and has been renovated over the years by previous owners.
The property is located within minutes on foot from Sunset Boulevard and the celebrity hangout Chateau Marmont. The home had a star-studded past, Brad Pitt, and Chris Pine once owned the house.
Aaron Paul is known for his portrayal as Jesse Pinkman on the AMC series “Breaking Bad.” After receiving Emmy awards for the third time, he reprised his role as Jesse Pinkman once again on Netflix, “El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie.” Paul is also one of the executive producers and starred in the Netflix animated series “BoJack Horseman” since 2014.
